Forgotten samsung account password and security answer

I have forgot my Samsung account password and security answer and now i am unable to access my apps. Please help...

Firstly Go to-Setting>Clouds&Accounts>Accounts>Samsung Account>Profile>Forget password and then a link will open in browser fill your registered email id there and then you will get an email regarding to reset your password. Hope this will help.

Did you registered your email id. And please remove the screen shot you have sent coz it contains ur personal info.
