Concerns regarding Tap and pay feature in Samsung Wallet

My phone had NFC and it does support tap and pay transactions but the issue is I cant add any Bank cards into it for that feature..

I have a Hdfc card and a Pnb card so can anyone help me with this?? What's the issue
