Amount deducted but transaction not completed

Today morning i did a recharge of my jio number of Rs 666 via Samsung pay. But the payment was unsuccessful and money from my account was deducted. 

What should i do to get my money back.

If you are worried then contact customer care of your bank, they will assure you
