Please guide me how to use samsung pay un my phone, as it is showing it is not supported on your phone, i live in UAE

Go to settings, then select connections, if you phone has NFC you will see it there and you can activate.

So your phone has NFC support and samsung pay should work. What is the region set as on your pnone
