Samsung Online StoreHi All,
i posted a query yesterday : link to query ---> MY QUERY
and tried contacting my bank for the same as suggested by you, but the bank says that samsung would cancel my EMI if samsung order has been cancelled.
but my EMI is generated and Samsung helpline people are saying that bank would cancell my EMI, so i'm stucked.
can anyone please help me with that.

I'm also facing similar issue where I returned my product and Samsung mentioned they already initiated refund but Bank says they dint receive communication from merchant hence EMI is getting deducted..
Whe I ask Samsung team to share the transaction details of Refund, they just sending replies like 'refund has be initiated and it will be credited in 7-10 working days' but nothing happend more than a month now..
Have you credited with the refund amount..
