Whoever finds this hope you are doing well.

Here am just summarising my experience with samsung shop and samsung customer care executives.

Recently during the galaxy unpacked event i pre reserve and pre booked a galaxy s24 ultra.
My product is out for delivery from last 3-4 days. I have registered multiple complaints regarding this to samsung customer support. I have received no help from their side. 
Samsung delivery partner which is Blue Dart in this case, they opened the box of my S24 ultra and are using it since 2-3 days. Their executive came to me yesterday with opened box and requested me to accept that parcel. I checked it was opened and it even has some data and emails logged in. I denied to accept that. Now no one from samsung has given me any solution and they are saying that they can't do anything unless they receive that product back to their warehouse. Also the benifits and gifts that i got with the pre reserve offer will be lapse. My money is stuck, I can't even order the other product since my pre reserve coupon is invalid now.

Pathetic service and no security control after selling.

The support system of samsung is very poor...till the times things are running smooth...god forbid if you need their support forget about it...they do not help at all

But it includes OTP verification method. Your delivery isn't complete until you provide the same to them.

You can tell them, it can go to national consumer court level if they aren't willing to return it back.

They will return it back after 2-3 more delivery try
So that they can mention person not available
Like they are doing till now
