Samsung Online StoreHello Team,
Recently I have done the latest upgrades and after few days of upgrades one green line came on screen. This line is kind of flickering. Later on after some days pasts.. that line became pink line. Now it is permanent pink line showing on my Samsung Galaxy A73 5G phone. I dont know if the company like Samsung is doing any testing before deploying the new upgrades.
This is very sad that we buy such expensive mobile phones and after the warranty ends your mobile is giving such issues. This looks very bad. Instead we should buy some cheap mobile phones at least our money won't waste.

Samsung Online StoreThey informed me that this issue was caused by a faulty update from Samsung, but despite this, they refuse to replace the display for free. To make matters worse, I’ve tweeted multiple times and sent emails to customer care, but they aren’t replying or offering any help.
It’s incredibly disappointing to see a major company not stand behind their product when it’s clearly a software issue on their end. Has anyone else faced a similar problem? What steps did you take? I’m considering my options moving forward, as this experience has left me questioning my loyalty to Samsung.
