Even I have pre ordered with instant exchange. But since my exchange device (Galaxy S22) has green lines, exchange is rejected. So for cancelling the order they are charging ₹2999 as cancellation charges. Please let me know if anyone takes legal action in the consumer court.
There are so many people that are being duped by samsung through samsung shop. Everyone should get together and explore the option for a class action. They should be penalized for the frauds that they are committing.
