I ordered a Samsung buds live on 16th January and received a damaged product on 19th January. Till date I haven't received a resolution from the Samsung support team and each time I reach them they say they'll highlight the issue to concerned team and nothing has been done actually.
I sent a mail to India service head and yet they're not helping. I'm beginning to fear if I'm going to lose my money and have a broken product forever. Has anyone gone through this situation? How do I make them replace or refund the amount? Anyone can you please help? Its Been 15+ days now and 0 action taken towards resolving this. Please help!

I raised a complaint right after I received for returning the order bro.. These ppl are not coming to reverse pick up the order nor doing anything. Everytime I call these people they say they will highlight the issue to concerned team but nothing is happening till date

He is right I got them in September and I didn't knew that there was a crack on the right bud. But when I took it to the service center, they told anything to escape and they also told that even if they are in warranty,still they won't get repaired or replaced.

Haven't you read the Return policy?? You should have taken it to Service Center within 14 days and got the DOA certificate, only then you will be eligible for replacement or refund!Screenshot_20220207-195847_Chrome_4050_1644244152.jpg

I did read this and that is why I asked them if I should take it to service center. They only said no need to do all that..

Fine, but now you have no proof that the device was damaged on arrival nor a replacement confirmation. And 14days have passed as well. I'm just a little worried bro...
