Hi,

 

I ordered a phone and a charger from the Samsung shop online on 16/08/2022 and Cancelled it on the same day. 

 

I have received the refund amount of ₹299 for the Charger on 20/08/2022 but haven't received the refund for the Mobile phone yet. 

 

I have filed a complaint regarding the same on 6th September and is currently in a mail chain from past few weeks. But have received same template message all the time. 

 

Its already been 40 days more than the assigned time of 7-10 days mentioned in the website. Kindly guide me.

 

Do we get any kind of compensation on such cases?

I am the prey similar to your. I have been contacting samsung from 10th sep but these useless people are not at all able to solve the problem. 

I am planning to send a notice to samsung now

So many guys are facing the same issue. my amount for s20fe is not refunded after returning the phone. did you refunded for you by any chance?
