No debit card EMI option in payment section

I was trying to buy samsung m34 5g with debit card emi on samsung online site.

I thought they would have debit emi as it has a installment breakdown in the store but it wasnt there.

Even the guy from samsung told me that I could buy with debit emi.

Edit: Debit card emi is only applicable on single product, I was buying adapter with it too so thats why i was facing issues

Try contacting the bank as i think amazon memtion it somewhere that for debit card emi, you should contact the bank

Your debit card has to be eligible first for debit card emi.Then only it will show up in emi option on check out page
