My option will be
S22 Ultra the current KING same as Note
But will tell you wait for S23 Ultra which is going to be good so then you can decide btw them

Rest if overall device
S22 Plus
S21 FE - but has Exynos so decide abt

If not Samsung go for other brands as there are options
