I am a regular customer of Samsung from the beginning. due to my inability I couldn't afford much but a Phone at least. whenever it comes forward I always choose Samsung. recently I planned to buy more products and gadgets from Samsung. last 22nd July I place a order from Samsung online store. I tried to get in installment but the product circular had no installment facility. I paid the whole price and a customer care executive contact with me for confirmation. he ensure that the product will be delivered within 72 to 96 hours even in current lockdown situation. I was excited and waiting for the product but it was not coming even after 96 hours. I called everyday till next 10 days for my product. every time the customer care executive confirmed me that the product will be delivered within a timely manner. then after 9 days I become worried and doubting on online payment fraud. once again I called customer care and asked for accurate information. whenever I had a chat with customer care executive they takes time but didn't reply further. the tenth day customer care executive replies the product is no more available and they are going to refund me. my heart was broken and filled with anger. they also informed that there would be a charge from paid money. I become angry and claim my whole money with no chargeback. Later a executive call me back and confirmed only installment payee would have to pay the charges. I don't know what types of policy or punishment for or a poor customer is it. He or she barely have a dream to buy a product with installment now he or she may not get the product because of wrong information from Samsung and will be charged as a punishment. In the end everything settled only saying sorry. Now I am confused what kind of service that Samsung are providing as a renowned company. I believe the relation between Samsung and me will not end so quickly. it is just not me but others Samsung lovers too, waiting for proper justice.
