Hello and good day, from I got a software update sometime after I notice my note 9 start to have horizontal lines and a pale color on the screen I did not drop phone or get it in any water so don't understand why its happening.
I try Safe Mode to fix issue still not fix.
Try Factory Reset still not fix, Try clearing Cache in boot menu still not fix so I am confuse what to do now . I search and found a way to temporary get the line out by touching always on Display and then enter phone the lines are gone and everything goes back to normal temporary until phone is turn off back but this not solving the problem so if this temporary repair the problem it proves that it is most likely a software issue more than a hardware issue. so can Samsung tech or someone in comment help or advice me what to do and no i can not take it to a service center because I liive in the Caribbean.
