Samsung Online Storeमाझा गॅलक्सी जे8 फोन फैक्ट्री रिसेट केल्यानंतर फोन मध्ये गॅलक्सी स्टोर मधून अॅपक्लाउड द्वारे hello, likee, netflix, candy crush saga, etc. यासारख्या अॅप अपोआप install होत आहेत. हा काय बग आला आहे असे समजावे काय? ही समस्या मी samsung member अॅप द्वारे वेळोवेळी samsung च्या टेक्निकल टीम समोर मांडली आहे, परंतू त्यांनी त्याकडे दुर्लक्ष केलेले आहे.

Open Samsung member app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error reports>attach log file.
