Does anyone have any experience returning a product bought from Samsung.com

Do you have to get your product packed at service centre or do you just give it like a normal unboxed reverse pickup?

There is process called DOA.. if the product has hardware issue. It can be returned and get the full refund with in the 7 days of purchase. Or the product is opened but working fine it can be returned to the showroom with the 10% deduction.. I had experience with S7+ tab

yeah i got the doa, but the product is still at service centre, coz they don't have a doa jacket big enough to pack the tab.
also the courier boy cancelled my return , since I have nothing and also insisted that he would open the doa package for inspection, even if i had it.
Where should I go now?

Bro they are doing this on a perpus and DOA can be done same day..

can you share your tab experience? how long it took for a refund/replacement? did you submit it at service centre or was it picked from your home? My DOA says to be retained at service centre while a pickup was scheduled and got cancelled at my home address.

I handovered to the same shop owner /person where from I purchased the phone.
