Customer Service absolutely horendous

I had purchased the Galaxy S22 Ultra and received the delivery on 9th of March. I had purchased it along with a deferred exchange of my Note 20 Ultra which had a rough exchange price of Rs.51,000. It has been 15 days since the phone was received but i have not received any contact around the exchange pickup. I am contacting the customer service number every day and the only response I get is that the issue has been forwarded to the concerned team and a resolution will come within 24-48 business hours. It has been more than 15 days now and I have not got any response from this "concerned team" as yet. 

I am not sure if it is a system/process issue at Samsung or the people hired in these "concerned teams" are pure incapable of doing work, but as a long time customer of Samsung, I am absolutely disgruntled and disgusted by the service and the way I'm being treated.

Which region are you based in?
Wonder what "deferred" means in Samsung dictionary...

Write to the CEO.

Start the CEO mail with appreciating the company, the smartphones and then mention your issue and that you expect a resolution for a loyal Samsung customer.

They have this contact option on website support page.

I'm based in Mumbai.. To be honest I have written to the CEO office theough the option provided on the website 3 times. The only response I get is that "we have forwarded your issue to the concerned team".

It's become a joke

Oh...that's bad. 🙄

There are 2 separate options- write to the Service Head and CEO. Have you tried both?

Maybe get in touch via LinkedIn.

Also try contacting other main board of directors, outside India...maybe the President Kyehyun Kyung.
