Cannot exchange my phone using my pincode

hi..

i was using samsung online store to exchange my phone for s23 base variant.. 

Once i entered my pincode and entered the necessary exchange details, i proceeded to address page..

once there, when i entered my adress and clicked on Next button, the site shows that s23 is not available at this pincode.. 

but the funny part is that, when i proceed to purchase without exchange, the phone is available at my pincode and can be purchased.. 

i dont know what kind of rubbish is this...

Bro that's not a issue. Like you you exchange your phone on flipkart or Amazon sometimes after put your pincode the exchange is not available. But delivery is available.
You are purchasing from Samsung online store so they need there own employee / partner to check the device you want to exchange. So they check everything well. But when you buy something that can be send by any courier company and delivery partner of that company will deliver. Because they don't have ti check anything. I hope you understand
