Under 3k - one plus nord buds 2
Under 3.5k - oppo enco air 2 pro
Under 5k - jbl tune 230nc and OnePlus buds z2

All are good options for the prices if you don't want to spend 6.5k on Galaxy buds 2.

Also, Galaxy buds live is available for 4k but it's open ear design and everyone won't like it. Still, you can watch some reviews.
