Why the step count in Samsung watch 7 and Samsung Health not matching?

Samsung Health
I am a regular walker and using Samsung Watch7. And I use Samsung S24+ Phone for tracking my activity through Samsung Health App. 

I have seen a pattern, the steps in my watch and Samsung Health App never matches. 

During my morning walk I completed 6k steps but Samsung Health App is showing 9K steps. 

Not sure whether it's a bug. 

Wanted to know If Samsung Health app is not able to sync the steps, have a doubt whether ECG and Blood pressure showing the right no's.
