Why is structure of sleep time this way? why not use that normal clock format

Hi!

I fail to understand why Samsung Health does not use normal clock structure to demonstrate time.

Also, why the phone assumes I may not sleep again especially in the night. This would be more accurate.

For example, yesterday I slept for about 3 hours which it recorded accurately, but then used the phone a bit, switched off the light and slept again. There should be a setting that allows for periodic sleep.
