Okay, this is my very first Challenge which I participated and completed related to my fitness journey and can't be happy enough that I completed this in the very first week.
Though my intentions were never to complete this as a task, I started walking in Nov. '24 where I hardly managed to hit 6,000 steps but I never quitted and then came December where I started hitting 12,000+ steps but that was also start of something healthy, and here I'm, in January, casually hitting 20,000+ steps regulalry, that too without giving a thought about it, helping me lose 5 kg weight in Jan minth alone.
And yes, Samsung Health helped me a lot to keep track of everything I required in my fitness journey. (^-^)
