Restarting

My M51 is restarting automatically every other day at any time mostly between while i m doing important works😑. Can someone tell me why its happening?

Check option in setting auto restart at set times u find at setting/battery & device care/3 dots/automation or u can simply search if its turned off then try to reset all setting option (not reset phone)
