So I did a factory reset on my Samsung A series phone and transfered all my data from my previous phone to my current phone bothe A series
Now problem is I don't know what to do the moblie data don't turn on like I turn on the data and nothing happens I appear is offline but there are so many Gigabytes of data on the Sim but when connecting to wifi there is no problem
I remove the Sim put it in another phone and the mobile data still is showing and everything is working

Try turning on flight mode and then when it's on turn it off, hopefully it will work since it will disable and re-enable the radio then try again

Could your A series phone be networked locked to a different network than the sim card ?

Maybe you have to reconfigure the APN (Access Point Names) in Settings>Connections>Mobile networks>Access point names after a factory reset.
