Hi, I need help recovering my Samsung account I do not have the device or the phone number that I originally created the account with. I have access to the IMEI and serial number to the old device. I was told there was a website where I could recover my account online? Please help thank you!
Did you have a recovery Email adress? If not then they are no possible way of recovery. If you do have a recovery Email, then there is still a chance of recovery.
