I don't use any wearables. Samsung Health has this cool feature which tracks how much time you spent sleeping without the need of using any wearables. But the caveat is if you want to save the sleep record which Samsung Health thinks is the amount of time you spent sleeping, you have to manually go into the app and click 'Record this time'. Otherwise it won't record the data and show those beautiful graphs of how much time you slept each day. And I have found that Samsung Health is very accurate in determining how much time I spent sleeping. But the annoying part is everyday I have to manually go into the app and tell the app that yes the data it has calculated is correct. Is there any way that Samsung Health does not ask me everyday if it's sleep record is correct (because it is correct 99.9% of the time) and instead automatically saves the sleep record without asking me? That would be so good! Is there any setting that I can toggle within Samsung Health so that it automatically saves the record without asking me everyday?

You can add Samsung health's sleep widget to home screen. On the widget itself it asks for confirmation, so no need to open the health app
