Samsung HealthIn Discovey app, select Samsung Health and then delink option.
NB: Then revoke all permissions firs.
Then go to delink again and delink completely.
Close app. Go to settings, apps and select Discocery. Under storage clear the cache.
Go back to Discovery and link Samsung Health app again and select all permissions.
Now sync.
I waited a while and it actually completed the sync.

Samsung HealthClear cache of the app and then try to sync again: Settings>> Apps>> Discovery app>> Storage>> Clear Cache

Samsung HealthHave the same issue and clearing cache does not resolve the issue.
When trying to sync from the Discovery app, it appears to start syncing (see some date populating) and then fails with the error as shown by the OP.
In the option it gives you the option to retry after it fails, but this just keeps looping - fail/retry.
