My Galaxy j7 max is not charging after 92%It takes more time after 80-90 but it not exceeding 92... Bring me Solution As soon. Already I had galaxy J7 I faced similar problem With that phone too... Bring an update to fix this problem

Hello,
Dear Mr. Nithiz
you need format your device and reboot it again as i have all the same problem but now its solved with this solution better to create backup from device and then put it in format or reset mode...!!!!

today again after 20 days, i noticed that my phone charged upto 88% then after that it went  to 80% then it took half an hour to charge from 80% again to charge 88% then after it goes directly to 94% , but the battery after i used phone was normal.... so i want to know is it normal, on samsung nembers i checked the status of battery , there it showed battery status normal,

so i want to know that my phone is normal....

Don't need to format your device.
Follow this Step-
1-Turn On Ultra Power Saving Feature on your phone
2-Let it get switched off automatically by not charging it
3-Keep your phone on charging with the adapter provided by samsung for 150 Minutes

Switch on your phone and your problem will be solved

This is the way a samsing executive had told me when i had the same problem with my S6
