Sharing custom foods and meals created in the Samsung Health app can be a fantastic way to collaborate with your wife on your fitness journey.
While the Samsung Health app doesn't currently have a built-in feature to share custom foods and meals directly, I can offer a workaround:
_Export and Share Custom Foods and Meals_
1. Open the Samsung Health app.
2. Go to the _Food_ section.
3. Tap the _three dots_ (⋮) on the top right corner.
4. Select _Export_.
5. Choose the format (e.g., CSV or JSON).
6. Share the exported file via WhatsApp, email, or any other file-sharing method with your wife.
Your wife can then import the custom foods and meals into her Samsung Health app:
_Import Custom Foods and Meals_
1. Open the Samsung Health app.
2. Go to the _Food_ section.
3. Tap the _three dots_ (⋮) on the top right corner.
4. Select _Import_.
5. Choose the file format and select the file shared by you.
While this workaround isn't as seamless as a built-in sharing feature, it should help you and your wife collaborate on your fitness journey.
I recommend providing feedback to Samsung about the need for a built-in sharing feature for custom foods and meals. You can do this through the Samsung Health app's settings or by visiting the Samsung Members community forum.
