Dear sir this samsang f41 mobile phone no faster internet connection, The internet connection setting 4g/3g/2g /Auto option, But my SIM card airtel 4g only, So when not good 4g network not available, that time samsang f41 mobile phone not working good. So please change and upgrade your future 4G only option in connection settings....

Although the SIM supports 4G, it can also use 2G and 3G. But if you use Jio, it supports 4G only and the option for 4G only is avaliable

for this you have to download a third party app named as dual 4g lte app from play store...

Please be assured and to resolve "network" issue please follow below given steps:

1. Check device in safe mode
Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears > Press and hold the power off icon.
Exit safe mode:
Hold the power button and select restart on the screen.

2. Check Network mode and set it to Auto Connect. (Settings > Connections> Mobile Network> network mode SIM1 or SIM2 > Network mode> Select LTE/3G/2G auto connect)

 

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
