The adaptor or mobile is going to create heat to counteract the excessive wattage being supplied to the mobile. So, as long as the heat is not too much to harm your phone or not let you use it, there's no problem.
However, you are still recommended to use a genuine Samsung Charging adaptor. Plus, adaptors also degrade over time like batteries. So, it may stop working soon unless it's new. So you would have to replace that old adaptor with a new one anyway.

I'm using oneplus 65 watt charger for samsung s24 ultra , no heating issues but feeling need to charge very frequently ...any suggestions do I actually need to upgrade for samsung charger
