I am using Galaxy S9+ from October 2019.. I recently got Android 10 update and after few weeks then I started noticing heating problem with my device. 2 alternative nights my phone is overheating and thereafter the battery goes to 0% though it is charged 50 to 60%.
Also I have started noticing heating problem when I charge my phone.
Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
1. Uninstall the unnecessary apps. Too many apps installed on device may cause the device heating issue.
2. Long duration of graphics intensive gaming sessions may cause the heating issue. Avoid long gaming sessions.
3. Usage of mobile phone when charging may cause the heating issue. So we recommend you to avoid usage of mobile phone while charging.
