unable to use coupon code f

Hi on 2nd January 2019 I got promo code to purchase Samsung battery pack. But when I checked the website it shows no stock and there was an option to get stock alert. I provided by email id. Today I got the alert and when I checked the website the MRP has been changed from 1699 to 1566. I got coupon for 1360. When I try to apply the code. It says code is not active or not valid. I contact as Samsung customer care and the asked to post here and people from Samsung member will get in touch with me. 
Pls provide valid coupon code for 1360 in order to purchase.

i spoke to samsung team member they said it was available only till stock last, the price will be 1699 in some days i would suggest take it
