 I have claimed my buds on the 5th of June and its been 2 months after I received my cidt I haven't got any news I've tried emailing [email protected] and [email protected] with no response from them please can someone help

Hi Maps, ive charged them howerever the problem is still persisting... The right bud connects and comes on but the left isnt, and on the wearble app, it shows only one bud activated . see screenshot attached
