Is it just me or does it feel like being scammed on this R3000 voucher or it is actually unattainable? I have been struggling since 19 December 2021 to get this voucher and there is just ABSOLUTELY NO progress and keep on getting the same messages of its incorrect send your documents (invoice + *#06# screenshot) now have up to 21Jan, get a deadline but NO answer on phones, NO reference number, NO response on email. Then get told today from samsung that the email account can be locked meaning NO emails. So back to square one of NO assistance on this matter.

I also have this R3000 voucher problem and the sales lady at Mtn said that they can't do anything about it samsung must sort it out

Mine was sent back , stating I need to "Accept" the terms and condition on the form... There is no reference to accepting Terms and Conditions on the form... very painfull indeed.

Over and above that. This R3000, which all of a sudden turned into a 12 month claim is also misleading. Pretty sure the compition board is going to have their say for misleading information on Samsungs behalf.
