I have lost all faith in Samsung SA. Im writing this again, because like all the other times sorry was said and details was taken to "escalate" the situation. And behold, still recieved no communication from anybody from samsung. So to who must i give my details this time for this to be "escalated" and recieve no further responses. I want my Takealot voucher as i was promised Samsung!!!!
....there goes integrity out the window... when I purchased my Galaxy A51 contract from Vodacom I was supposed to receive a Power Bank in addition... later told to claim it from Samsung... I lost faith and trust in them all. I may go for Samsung again depending.... but not Vodacom anymore.
