S23 Ultra promotion reward points

I preordered the S23 Ultra 2days ago and was meant to receive R1320 earning points over and above the R1000 reward points when the phone arrives. None of it is reflecting on my account. Anyone else having the same issue? I DEFINITELY registered for Samsung Reward Points.

I wanted to have a case ready by the time the phone arrived but this screws with plans.

I also bought the s23 ultra and not recieve anynreward how to recieve reward?
