S21 Ultra Promo

I have purchased 2 S21 Ultras.  Both are under my samsung account but have to register for the buds with a different email address for the second one due the member app saying "email already registered" because of registering the first device.  Will this affect my R1000 e voucher?

My details and contact numbers are the same. Only the email address had to be changed to register to claim the buds.

could they not advise you in store? there is usually a Samsung representative who does the claim for you

Not when you buy from the networks. All claims are done via the members app

It probably might because its 1 claim per samsung account I think. Use the chat feature and find out more though

For the buds it is probably. For the voucher I'm not too sure. But query it in the chat for clarity.
