Im waiting for a mont now and have not received my Buds and Smart Tag after buying the S21 Ultra. Also starting to feel like a scam to me. Samsung keeps putting me on hold 😒 So disappointing having to waste my time fighting Samsung for extras. Monwabisi is the person in charge and promised my Buds and Smart Tag have been dispatched, but its just lies with Samsung. They dont even answer my mails after asking for a waybill code to track my extras.

Use your reference as your tracking number on the Courier It website to see if your gifts are dispatched. If there's no details for that reference then it hasn't been sent to the couriers

Then your gifts weren't dispatched to them yet. Did you get an SMS asking you to chose a colour?

When I spoke to an agent from the eStore she mentioned that they dispatch in batches. So maybe when they get enough claims to send out the next batch, they dispatch it. I guess its just a matter of time since they already processed your colour choice.

There are alot of people struggling to get their claim. Have a look on Hello Peter. Not what you expect when buying Samsungs flagship phone 😞
