I've tried contacting the promotions department regarding the claim but get no answer. I submitted all supporting documents on 10 March and to date haven't gotten any feedback as to whether my claim was approved or not. Please can this be urgently looked at.
Same guys, mine was approved 8 Feb and still nothing. Not even a mail or sms, last I got told the courier guys will call me and I am still waiting. Call is on mins already with no answer
