Just got my galaxy s10plus after preorder, and am supposed to get the earbuds offer but in Samsung shop app it shows you are not eligible for the offer. Can anyone help.?

I have used the same gmail and phone number used at the time of prebooking.

i think they are intentionally hindering otp verification, to prevent stock of galaxy buds from depletion.

got the offer, got a mug from Samsung to re install the app and I have ordered now
