If anyone faces redemption issue after purchasing from samsung website like I did, the following experience might help you.
Samsung was refusing to provide the promissed buds live with my tab S7+.
At first I contacted there customer service days after days with no help what so ever. Then after around 20 days I had to complaint in Consumer Forum online.
After 3 days of complaining samsung took the case seriously and provided me with coupon to redeem the buds after another 21 days.
So, don't loose your hope and give up, fight for what you deserve.🙂
