I asked SamsungSA and it depends. If you got it from a network provider then sorry. If you ordered from Samsung then they will help.

I got my buds even though I bought my phone from ISP...it is somewhere in this app...i just can't remember where

It should be in the Benefits tab at the top/middle of the page when you open the Members app
