Hi Maps_sam07 i have nothing in my benefits tab. regarding promo...How can i claim if theres nothing under benefits?

i did check under benefits, theres nothing and my was bought 2days ago

Please uninstall you Samsung Members App, then Re-install it, there is competition running till the 31st May 2020, it should be under benefits.

The feedback I have is the that only promotions we have on our website is for the A31 and S20 series device, you may have to consult with your network provider for any promotions they may be running. 

To enter the competition on the Samsung Members app, please check that your Samsung account is correct, clear data for the Samsung Members app and perform a soft reset, then check the competition banner again .

Please perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.
