PromotionsI have been using Samsung Mobile phone since 2008. And now own Samsung Galaxy Note 8. I am sorry to say that now a days choosing Samsung Mobile phone give frustration to customer due to its poor customer service center support. First they will deny any error out of warranty service and will charge for any service. 2nd unprofessional attitude. No correct information about status. For repair of my phone Note 8 screen I paid 21000/- (Within warranty period) again after some days power button stop working. This time they quoted Rs. 3600/- and amazing to see that after calling daily and visiting service center they are unable to give information regarding status of repair. The situation is in Samsung Dum Dum Service Center, Kolkata. I submitted mobile on 8th April and till date no any update. Really fed up with cheap customer service center for premium phone.

PromotionsDo they have provided any CRN , JCRN etc number against your handset troubleshooting
if not ask them for CUSTOMER REFERENCE NUMBER and JOB CENTER REPAIR NUMBER and than logon to https://cybersvc2.samsungcsportal.com/in/history/search_history?ssoLogin=N
if even after getting CRN , JCRN numbers if Samsung portal does not reflect any details about your repair work within 24 to 48 hrs than definitely these Authorized centers are going unethical way .. coz every repair must be registered through Samsung office portal
for any more query email to Samsung officials ( Reply would take 24 hrs to 48 hrs )
