Missing ENTERTAINER

HELP!! after the update it seems like i lost the galaxy entertainer, when i called they asked me to submit an error report which i did and i didnt here from them yet.. It was there just 5 mins before i lock my phone then it went missing!!!!

Thats not an option. The neArest service center is 1 hour and 45 mins away from me!!! You dont have service centers available in my area!! When you removed it you didnt ask me to go to a service center to get it removed tho!! You better solve while im sitting at home the same way you removed it!!
