M51 camera issue

Hello l'm using samsung galaxy m51. In this device overall best except camera department.

Video and photos is not clear and its ultrawide camera gives me many grains , noise etc, and the stability of Video recording is very very annoying 

THIS PROBLEM CAN FIX BY AN SOFTWARE UPDATE PLEASE DO SOMETHING FOR THE M51

MODEL OF SAMSUNG 

DO ANYTHING IN CAMERA PLEASE

yes brother camera is disappointing front camera don't give enough details it looks grainy . while using snapchat it is very much visible. i want to know too if this will be solved by software update.

yes ur right and I'm getting both back and front camera photos are grainy

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Please be assured and perform following methods to resolve the Camera issue:-

1. Please clear data or cache of Camera Application(Tap Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage > Clear Cache/data).

2. Reset the Device:- Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite
How to reset:- Settings>General Management>Reset.

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.

why not more than 30fps ???? when i rec. video than take motion all video zerk so for video im not satisfied please samsumg next update improve this. maxm gives 120fps if u cant give 120fps give us 60fps atleast. plz solve this probelm Thank u.

I am getting an error " Recording Failed" in Slow Motion and super slow motion. I bought Samsung M51 phone last year on oct 2020.
