It really doesn't matter now, I had 2 different managers call me and both were absolutely useless. The level of incompetency is astounding! I just purchased the S24 Ultra and plan on purchasing the Flip 6 when it's launched in August. I also planned to purchase the TAB S10 Ultra if it's launched this year. At the end of this month I needed to purchase a new TV and aircons for my home and I was definitely going the Samsung route but after this incident, I am honestly scrapping everything Samsung.
