Galaxy A55 redeem problems

Hi, I bought an A55 from MTN.

It included a package of redeemable accessories. But when I try to enter the correct information there is no option for the A55 with MTN as a service provider. 

Please help.

If it's a Samsung Promo use this email: samsungb2b.promotions@isonxperiences.com and ask for assistance
If it's a MTN in store promo they may not be able to assist.

Bought Samsung S24 Ultra MTN PROMO. Tried to purchase a Samsung product online. The voucher number is invalid. Samsung, how does this PROMO work? The call centre doesn't answer calls either...
