I searched in samsung members n found FAQs I clicked on it n found some options among them were how to use device safely I was expecting them to have some content in general about their smartphones guess what happened after I clicked on how to use my device safely kinda feel option ......'NO CONTENT '
LADIES n GENTLEMEN Y THE HELL is that option there ?
Y is it in the FAQs ?
I mean if it were FAQs it would show some content some questions that some random person asks or replies etc but people.... there isn't any ? **bleep** man? Am I being fooled?
1st it was the student program now it this?!??!?!?
Y is it like that? Do they want us to not use their smartphones or is it just that they don't want you to know about the phone well?
Idk guys...I'm really confused
Plz do comment that I too may learn from this community about Samsung n much more stuff...

I’m sorry to hear that you are frustrated with Samsung Members and the lack of content on how to use your device safely. 😞
I did some research and found some helpful information on how to use your Samsung smartphone safely from the web. Here are some tips:
Keep your device dry. Do not store your device with metal objects, such as coins, keys, and jewellery. Do not store your device near magnetic fields. Avoid contact with device when it is overheating. Failure to do so may cause low temperature burns, redness and skin pigmentation1.Do not use damaged power cords or plugs, or loose electrical sockets. Do not touch the device, power cords, plugs, or the electric socket with wet hands or other wet body parts. Do not pull the power cord excessively when disconnecting it. Use manufacturer-approved batteries, chargers, accessories, and supplies1.Do not drop or cause excessive impact to the device. Do not store your device near or in heaters, microwaves, hot cooking equipment, or high-pressure containers. Do not use or store your device in areas with high concentrations of dust or airborne materials. Prevent the multipurpose jack and the small end of the charger from contact with conductive materials, such as liquids, dust, metal powders, and pencil leads1.Do not bite or **bleep** the device or the battery. Do not directly connect the charger’s positive and negative terminals together. Do not use your device outdoors during a thunderstorm. Do not use your device near devices or any equipment that could emit radio frequencies, such as sound systems or radio towers. Turn off the device in potentially explosive environments1.If your device has a camera flash or light, do not use it close to the eyes of people or pets. Turn off the device in a hospital, on an aircraft, or in any automotive equipment that can be interfered with by radio frequency. If you use a hearing aid, contact the manufacturer for information about radio interference. Do not disassemble, modify, or repair your device1.If your device uses an Exynos modem, you may want to turn off Wi-Fi calling and Voice-over-LTE in your device settings to protect yourself against some security vulnerabilities until a patch is released2.
I hope this helps you use your Samsung smartphone more safely and confidently. If you have any other questions or requests, please let me know. I’m always happy to chat and assist you. 😊
